Behind the extent of Bidakara Complex buildings, are several names well known in financial business. Bidakara Complex, short for Bank Indonesia Pension Fund & Employees Welfare, represents Bank of Indonesia (BI), The Foundation of Bank of Indonesia Employees Welfare (YKK-BI), and Bank of Indonesia Pension Fund (DAPENBI), as our main shareholders.

Based on the agreement of YKK-BI and the Board of Supervisors, the construction and operational is given to PT Mekar Prana Indah (PT MPI), as one of the YKK-BI affiliated company in property business. And for the management, sole agent and marketing, is handed to PT Procon Matra Indah.

Through out the control from YKK-BI, DAPENBI and Board of Supervisors, Bidakara Complex is built from a basic plan of multi-functional building system that unites and supports each other.

The construction start on October 1996 in this 4.5 Ha area in Pancoran-Tebet area, South Jakarta, formerly used for housing complex for employees of Bank of Indonesia. On February 1998, the Governor of BI, Mr. Syahril Sabirin, opens Bidakara Complex, which then running since April 1998.
